Is your caravan park pet-friendly?

Are dump points provided at caravan parks?

We provide a dump point for the use of in house guests.

How close is the caravan park to the town centre?

We are located 3kms away from the Mudgee Town Centre.

What facilities does the town offer?

Do you have caravan sites as well as cabins?

We have a variety of caravan and camping sites available

What type of cabins do you have?

We have a wide variety of cabin accommodation to suit all needs and budgets.

What size caravans and motorhomes can you accommodate?

We have sites large enough to comfortably fit 5th wheelers as well as camper trailers.

Do you have room for big rigs and motorhomes?

We sure do! We cater for most motorhomes with limited space for 5th wheelers, due to limited spots always call ahead to make your booking!

What size sites do you have?

We have a variety of caravan and camping sites, always call the property check your rigs suitability.

Do you have sites that fit camper trailers?

We sure do but make sure you book in advance!

What type of amenities do you offer?

We offer two well maintained and functional amenities blocks which include bathroom and shower facilities. We also offer laundry facilities offer token operated washing machines and dryers.

Do you have washing machines and dryers for guest use?

How much is it to use your washing machine/dryer?

$4.00 per token, tokens are available at reception. Our guest facilities »

Do you have ensuite facilities for caravan and camping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer ensuite sites.

What is the minimum reservation period?

Depending upon the time of year you are looking to stay, minimum stays may be required (particularly during school holidays or peak seasons). It is best to check the booking conditions once you have decided on your exact dates to ensure you are provided with accurate information. Check availability »

Is there a charge to use your BBQ facilities?

We do not charge for the use of BBQ’s.

Do you have a camp kitchen?

We sure do! We have a modest facility perfect for the caravan and camping lifestyle. Our guest facilities »

Do you allow children to ride bikes, scooter, rip sticks and roller blades?

Of course we do, but they will need to complete a Bike License and have a rider’s wristband on at all times. Our guest facilities »

How far are you from the beach?

It’s a pretty decent drive, over 300km to be! Best not to expect a coastal getting away when heading to Mudgee! Read our blog posts “Things to do in Mudgee” and “What’s on in Mudgee“.

How far are you from the river?

We are a short 5 minutes drive to Cudgegong River or 23 minutes walk to Lake Windermere. Read our blog posts “Things to do in Mudgee” and “What’s on in Mudgee“.

If staying in a cabin do we need to bring our own linen?

No, we provide all linen for all beds (that includes towels!).

Do I need to book before I arrive?

You should always book in advance to avoid disappointment; you can also snag yourself some great deals by booking in advance!

What are your tariffs?

Our tariffs vary throughout the year, you can get some great deals on breaks away during the quieter months, whilst during the peak summer months you are looking at higher rates.

What facilities do you have for children?

We are easy to find, entry is via the front entrance.

What is there to do in the surrounding areas?

There’s so much to do in Mudgee! Our restaurants are hard to beat where you will find fresh local produce, fantastic local wines and good old fashioned country service. Do you have a shop onsite?

We don’t have a shop onsite but you will able to pick up all of your supplies with a quick trip into town.

Do you have a restaurant onsite?

We don’t have a restaurant onsite but we are close enough to the Mudgee Town Centre where you will find a variety of dining options.

Do you have a kiosk onsite?

We do not have a kiosk onsite, best to grab all your supplies at the shops!

What time is check-in?

You can check-in any time from 2pm through till 5pm.  After that a late arrival safe will allow you to pick up your keys and a park map. Check availability »

Check-out is 10am unless prior arrangement. Check availability »

Do you allow late arrivals?

We sure do! But you will need to let us know in advance so as we can arrange your access! Check availability »

What is your cancellation policy?

50% deposit is required on booking, remainder payable 7 days before arrival. If cancelled within 7 days of arrival there is NO refund, if cancelled outside of the 7 day arrival time then a $50 cancellation fee applies with the remainder being refunded.

What if I have a complaint?

Tell us! A positive guest experience is what we are about! If we can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable please let us know!

Do you have annual vans?

We don’t offer annual holiday rentals.

Do you offer permanent housing?

We do offer permanent lifestyle accommodation options, it best to contact us directly to discuss availability.

What is your late check-in procedure?

If you intend to check-in after hours please contact us during office hours to arrange entry.

What if I need assistance out of hours?

We have an onsite park caretaker, a contact number is provided upon check at the park. The after-hours contact number is also available on the front door of reception. Contact us »
